Before beginning, pause.
Open each product with awareness.
Silently repeat a personal affirmation, prayer, or mantra.

Step 1. RINSE

Swish with Ocean Blend Antibacterial Mouth Rinse to loosen overnight biofilm.
Spit into the sink.

Step 2. TONGUE SCRAPE

Use a copper or stainless-steel tongue scraper.
Gently scrape 1–3 times using light pressure — about the weight of a dime.
Let this mark your reset for the day.

Step 3. OIL PULLING

Use: AWAKEN Coconut Oil Therapy Rinse
    •    Place 2 pumps directly on your tongue
    •    Swish gently for 45 seconds, then spit into the trash (not the sink)
    •    Repeat with another 2 pumps, then a third round if desired
    •    You may complete up to 6 pumps total, in 2–3 cycles

🧬 Advanced Note:
Anything placed in the mouth can be reabsorbed into the body within 6 minutes or less. That’s why this practice is short, mindful, and bio-compatible.
Optional: Gently scrape the tongue again after.

Step 4. FLOSSING

Use: ToothFoods Flossing Serum
    •    Add 1–2 drops to your floss
    •    Wrap floss into a “C” shape and glide gently 2 mm under the gum line
    •    For deeper pockets, use a rubber tip stimulator with a drop of Flossing Serum to trace the gum line (do not push between teeth)

Bring your floss to your next cleaning for a personalized assessment.
Repeat a grounding phrase as you floss, staying present.

Step 5. BRUSHING (Teeth + Tongue)

Use: Biohacking Toothpaste
    •    Apply ½ pearl-sized amount to a soft or extra-soft toothbrush
    •    Gently brush teeth for 1–2 minutes
    •    Follow with another ½ pearl brushed gently on the tongue to reduce sulfur compounds
    •    Rinse with Ocean Blend Mouth Rinse

    •    Morning: Love
    •    Midday: Balance

Step 6. TONGUE SCRAPE (Optional)

Repeat 1–3 strokes after brushing or oil pulling to remove additional debris.

Rinse again with Ocean Blend Antibacterial Mouth Rinse.

Say out loud:

Step 8. TOOTH VITAMIN TREATMENT

Use: Nirvana Fairy Dust or Pixie Dust
    •    Wet your toothbrush and shake off excess water
    •    Dip into the powder and brush gently over all surfaces
    •    Do not rinse — allow to sit and soak in

Step 9. GUM MASK
